Hi, I’m Jenny Walker.

I was born in Dallas, and spent much of my childhood between Texas and California. My meditation journey began in 2017 while reading books and listening to podcasts by Dr. Mark Hyman, who inspired me to explore meditation as part of a holistic approach to health. His work led me to Emily Fletcher, with whom I completed advanced meditation techniques through one-on-one instruction.

Meditation quickly became a cornerstone of my life, especially when I began riding and show jumping as an adult, despite having no prior experience. After receiving my Primordial Sound Mantra, my curiosity about the practice’s history and origins deepened, leading me to further studies with Chopra Global under the guidance of Deepak Chopra and Roger Gabriel. Their combination of medical expertise and ancient wisdom expanded my understanding of meditation.

Meditation has brought me calm, focus, and a stronger connection with my horse, greatly enhancing both my daily life and performance in the show jumping arena.
